Our Mission

The role of Payroll Plus of Kansas, Inc. is to act as a Kansas Medicaid Fiscal Management Service (FMS) also known as Payroll Agency. We partner with medicaid participants and/or their families who Self-Direct their own HCBS Personal Attendant Service through a Kansas HCBS Medicaid Waiver or through Private Pay.

As a Fiscal Management Service (FMS) we partner with disabled adults and families of children by offering a co-employer relationship of their Personal Service Attendant (PSA). We assist our clients with all aspects of the employee-employer relationship.
